An awesome new addition to Linda’s arsenal is a therapy dog named Max. (Or Big Max as he’s affectionately called by the kids Linda works with.) He is an English Mastiff who seems to sense when he is “needed” in a therapy session. Max is an invaluable tool when working with introverted individuals or those that need a “gentle giant” on their side. He truly is a “gentle giant” and loves everyone, especially young people. The way he can sense stress or pain is amazing. As Linda puts it, “Max is great with my clients… Especially the children. He’s able to calm and comfort people in a way that I may not be able. It’s wonderful to watch people respond to him.”
