As a licensed independent clinical social worker in general private practice, my mission is to serve adults of all ages, adolescents and children by providing professional counseling, professional consultation, or insight related to a wide spectrum of personal or professional problems, concerns or needs.  

• Those individuals I work with may find they have underlying symptoms indicating one or more challenges such as depression, anger, anxiety, or a lack of self confidence. Very often individuals are not completely sure of what may be the initial cause of their problem. Sometimes they just feel lost and are searching for direction. If you are feeling this way, please know that I am here and willing to be a part of your journey back to feeling in control of your life; discovering or rediscovering your authentic self as well as assisting you or someone you love and/or care about, using a problem-solving focus on the here-and-now in addition to experiencing how to best create a brighter future.
